About Me

Hello – I’m Gavin F. May and I’m from the Twin Cities Metro area.  Being a Minnesotan my entire life gives me a unique knowledge of Midwestern Mortgage policies and patterns.  Whether it’s assisting new buyers obtain the home they have always wanted with a purchase or helping clients save money each month on a refinance, helping people in the end is always the true reward

I work as an Independent Advisor, which means I do not work for a bank, broker or lenders best interests,  I work for yours.  This means the difference of getting the true version of the market and what is available for your needs, or what is best for the institution or company offering it to you.  I have 10+ years of experience in the Midwest mortgage field and have personally closed over 1,000 loan transactions for clients just like yourself.

In my free time I am involved in various voluteering activities such as a coach with the Special Olympics of MN and the Animal Humane society of the Twin Cities. When these activities don’t have me busy you can find me golfing, cooking, or camping & fishing in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area.
