About Me

Hello – I’m Gavin May and I’m from the Twin Cities Metro area.  Being a Minnesotan my entire life gives me a unique knowledge of Midwest Mortgage policies and Midwest MLS patterns.  The personal interaction with each client keeps my career fresh.  Whether it’s assisting new buyers obtain the home they have always wanted with a purchase or helping clients save money each month on a refinance is a true joy.

I work as an Independent Advisor, which means I do not work for a bank, broker or lenders best interests,  I work for yours.  This means the difference of getting the true version of the market and what is available for your needs, or what is best for the institution or company offering it to you.  I have 10+ years of experience in the MN mortgage field and have personally closed over 1,000 loan transactions for clients just like yourself.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to work with a professional with your best interests in mind?  

In my free time I enjoy golfing, cooking and camping/fishing in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area.  My wife Jaclyn and our dog Shiloh (pictured below in the BWCA, she loves it there too!) spend these times together or traveling when time permits.  Like you, I always wish there was more time for breaks like this.
